Placing an order

All online orders will be processed within five working days, and a despatch email containing tracking information will be provided. Oriel Mimosa reserves the right to reject an order and issue a full refund to the customer should we be unable to fulfil the requirement

Cancellation and amendments

Orders may be cancelled in writing via email or by telephone at any time before the item is dispatched. In these instances, a full refund will be provided.

Returns

Purchased items may be returned and refunded, subject to certain conditions. These can be found in our Returns Policy.

Authenticity

All items purchased online will be sent with a Mimosa branded receipt. Oriel Mimosa guarantees the authenticity of all artworks by its living artists and performs due diligence on all artworks by deceased artists.

Artworks remain the property of the artist or Oriel Mimosa until paid in full.

Delivery Times and Charges

UK Delivery

Orders above £1000 will receive free shipping

All other orders will be subject to a £30 shipping charge

Oriel Mimosa reserves the right to amend shipping charges for items that are oversized or unduly heavy. Smaller items, such as ceramics, may receive a reduced shipping rate if a request is made to the gallery. Please telephone or email us if you believe a reduced cost is applicable.

International Delivery

International delivery is offered upon request. Please contact us for a quote.

Delivery Timescales

Oriel Mimosa will provide a tracking number upon dispatch to enable you to track your order. Once posted, your item may take 7-10 days to reach you at a UK address. International shipping times vary, but we will advise on delivery timescales after it has been dispatched

Multiple purchases

If you wish to purchase more than one item for delivery to the same address, we may be able to revise our shipping costs. In this instance, please telephone the gallery and we will provide a shipping quote.
