Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with all artworks purchased from Mimosa. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a full refund, exchange or gift voucher. Please read the following information about our return policy.

Returning an unwanted item

All items must be returned in new and unmarked condition, and packaged securely for transit. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. On acceptance of the return, we will issue a refund of the total price of the artwork, plus the original standard postal charge for that item. If a premium postal charge was requested, the difference will not be refunded. If multiple items are purchased and only partially returned, the refunded shipping price will be adjusted to reflect the standard postal charge of the returned item(s) only.
Damaged Items

 

We pack our items securely for transit. If in the unlikely event of your parcel appearing damaged in any way, please open it in front of the courier and check the contents before accepting it. If it is damaged, refuse to accept it and it will subsequently be returned to us. We will then issue a full refund on receipt of the item from the courier.

Items that are unknowingly accepted when damaged may be returned and refunded. Please contact us in this instance.

Return Process

 

An item may be returned by dropping it off at, or sending it to, either of our Llandeilo galleries:

Oriel Mimosa Fine Art & Ceramics, 6 Market Street, Llandeilo, SA19 6AH

 

If using a postal or courier service, please pack the item well and in a suitably sized box, which should be clearly marked as “fragile” (original packaging can be re-used if it is undamaged). Please also include your original receipt.

 

Shipping Charges

 

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the return unless otherwise agreed.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

 

After receiving your return, we will inspect the condition of the item before processing your refund/exchange. Please allow at least 7 days for a refund to be initiated. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Commissioned / personalised pieces (either ceramics or paintings)
